The rules for using AI Fantasy

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using AI Fantasy (the "Service") at aifantasy.site, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use AI Fantasy. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older. We may terminate accounts we have reasonable grounds to believe belong to minors.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. We may close duplicate accounts.
• Provide accurate information at signup. We may require email verification.
• You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

4. Content policy

AI Fantasy is a SFW (Safe-For-Work) platform. The following are not allowed in any character, prompt, image, or chat message:

• Nudity, partial nudity, or sexually explicit content.
• Violent or gory content, including content depicting harm to people or animals.
• Hate speech, slurs, or content targeting people based on protected characteristics.
• Sexual or romantic content involving minors, or any depiction of minors in adult contexts. AI Fantasy does not allow content featuring minors at all.
• Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property (using a real person's likeness, copyrighted character designs, etc.) without permission.
• Content designed to extract information from the AI for misuse (prompt injection, jailbreak attempts).
• Spam, phishing, or attempts to deceive other users.

We use automated content moderation to enforce this policy. We may remove content, warn you, or close your account if you violate it. Repeated violations result in permanent bans.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the characters, prompts, and images you create on AI Fantasy. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service for you.

If you mark a character or image as "public," you grant other users the right to view it. You may revoke public access at any time.

We will not use your private content for AI training. We may use public examples (clearly marked) to showcase the platform on marketing surfaces.

6. Our intellectual property

The AI Fantasy name, logo, design, code, and underlying platform are owned by us. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without permission. You may, of course, link to the site.

7. Paid plans and tokens

AI Fantasy offers free and paid plans. Paid plans may include larger token balances, faster generation, or additional features. Tokens are a usage right, not a currency: they do not have cash value, are not refundable except as required by law, and may expire according to the plan terms.

Prices and plan details are listed on the upgrade page and may change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the Service down for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, but if you have an extended outage on a paid plan, contact us and we will work it out.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or close your account if you violate these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if the Service is discontinued. Where possible, we will give you notice before closing your account.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate despite our moderation efforts. You are responsible for how you use the output.

11. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will notify active account holders by email and update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless prohibited by local consumer-protection law.
